Greger has extensive experience in logistics and has previously worked in both customer service and purchasing. His experience from the customer side makes him a valuable support for our customers in their logistics process.

Hey Greger, what's your role at Zhipster?

I am in contact with and responsible for a number of clients and help when new clients are set up. In addition, I work a lot on our carrier integrations, both new and current.

What's the most fun thing about your job?

It is the great variety that becomes at a slightly smaller company, no day is the same as the other. I also find it very enjoyable to work together with our customers to develop a good support in their logistics process.

What does the future hold for the logistics industry?

I think there will be more consolidation in the transport sector. There are many companies within lastmile that will merge for larger volumes and be able to find profitability. Then I think there will be an even greater focus on returns from both a cost and environmental perspective.
