Say hello to Victor — our new friend, colleague and project manager who will help us land creative and sustainable solutions for our customers.
Victor has a degree in IT project management at Campus Varberg and has previously worked as a database administrator, DevOps and operations engineer. It is no wonder that he is a star in the field. The fact that he likes fast pace and always has a smile on his face means that he will serve our customers with world-class digital solutions.
If you don't find Victor with us here at Zhipster, it's quite possible that he's hanging out on the golf course, singing in some 60s or 70s song, or in front of the TV cheering on Arsenal. But right now, my heart is beating a lot for the family as Victor is a new dad.

What is the most fun thing about your work?
The most fun is to work closely with colleagues and partners to find the very best solution for that particular customer and its needs.
What might a typical workday look like for you?
It's hard to tell what a normal day looks like, because they're often not the same. My goal is to try to stay ahead, so that you can anticipate customer needs and change work before it becomes a sharp situation. This means some visits to our customers' businesses, implementation works and dialogue with carriers in the industry.
What does the future of logistics look like?
I see a bright future in the logistics industry! In a digital world, logistics is characterized by many different parameters. We see many exciting opportunities when it comes to automation and inventory management linked to AI. And also different uses for IoT products in the logistics world. The possibilities for us as a TA supplier to be able to deliver tools to impact green transport and a flexible last mile experience are very exciting! Ultimately, I believe that effective logistics plays a central role when it comes to building and strengthening one's brand. The last thing the consumer is faced with is the delivery, it is great that we can be involved and both influence and help our partners with this!
What's the best thing about Varberg?
Without a doubt, the summer! It makes the rest of the year worth it.
